Common help topics
- Can't sign in: make sure you entered your registered mobile number; the verification code arrives by WhatsApp/SMS. If it doesn't arrive, wait a moment and tap "Resend".
- Not receiving notifications: enable notifications for Tilmez Bus in your device settings.
- Live map / bus not showing: the live bus location appears only while a trip is in progress.
- Wrong student details or pickup location: contact your school, or update the home location from the student's profile in the app.
